A vision board is an inspiring way to get clear on your goals, dreams, and aspirations for 2025. Whether you're looking to make changes in your career, health, relationships, or personal growth, a vision board helps you visualize your path forward and serves as a constant reminder of what you want to manifest in the year ahead. In this hands-on workshop, artist Amélie will guide you through the process of creating your very own vision board—a collage of images, words, and symbols that represent your dreams and intentions. As you cut, glue, and arrange your visuals, you’ll not only clarify your goals but also tap into the creative energy that will help you stay motivated throughout the year. Why a vision board? The act of physically creating a visual representation of your dreams has been shown to help reinforce positive thinking, focus, and motivation. This workshop is open to older teens and adults, and no artistic experience is required—just bring an open mind and a desire to create! All materials (magazines, scissors, glue, and board) will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own personal images, quotes, or mementos that resonate with your goals.
